Celibidache conducting Rapsodia Romana 1978

I get more and more fascinated by Romanian Classical Music! This performance from 1978 of George Enescu’s classic Rapsodia Romana is definitely not to be missed. Sergiu Celibidache is not conducting it, he is dancing on it! I can’t describe it, it is… spectacular.

If you are in Bucharest in September and a fan of classical music, this is for you: George Enescu Festival.
